1. What if I don't know which color to choose?Select the color that best matches your skin tone on the Products page based on the model's photo. Once you try it at home and color doesn't match, we will mail you any other color FREE OF CHARGE. Just email us at info@TattooCosmetics.com and we'll put it in the mail within 24 hours.
2. Tell me more about your guarantee.At TattooCosmetics.com, we have been able to help thousands of people cover their tattoos and other body art and we are confident it will work for you. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply email us at info@TattooCosmetics.com for a full refund. Once you ship the product back to us, your account will be credited within 48 hours.
3. Is your product waterproof?Our product contains a setting powder with anti-perspirant and barrier spray which is very effective in providing a water resistant seal to the tattoo cover. It will stand up to perspiration, splashes of water and shouldn't rub off on your clothing.
4. Where do you ship?We ship FREE OF CHARGE to the United States. Currently, we don't offer international shipping, but are working with customs in Canada, the UK and Australia to begin shipments in the next few months.
5. How long will it take to get my order?All orders ship within 24 hours from our warehouse via USPS and should arrive within 4-5 business days after ordering. Orders placed Friday, Saturday & Sunday ship on the following Monday.
